Seats are flexible — move them across tenants as your book changes, with no mid-month reconciliation.
Minimum seats
Every account starts at 20 seats. Allocate them across one client or many — there's no per-tenant minimum.
Billing
Monthly or annual. Annual saves 10% on per-seat rates only — the $50/mo platform fee stays the same in both billing periods.
How tier pricing works
When you cross into a new tier, your new per-seat rate applies to all seats — not just the ones above the threshold. That means adding more clients can actually lower your total bill.
